Seychelles fees structure
All fees include a current year Registered Office Fee, Registered Agent
Fee, franchise taxes, foreign Chamber of Commerce fees, and the
processing of mail from these Registrars, where applicable.
THE BASIC SET OF SERVICES AND DOCUMENTS: US$ 940
The set includes the applicable Minimal Government Registration Fee, a current year Registered Agent and Registered Office Fee
, Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum & Articles of
Association, Minutes with Appointment of Initial director(s), Share
Certificates, Legalization by Apostille and courier delivery.
OPTIONAL SERVICES
Corporate Nominee Director's Package: US$ 600
The Corporate Nominee Director's Package consists of corporate nominee director's services and general power of attorney authenticated by Apostille for one year.
Using the General Power of Attorney you would be able to sign contracts, open, manage, and close bank accounts and generally do all things what the company director would do.
Private individual Nominee Director's Package: US$ 980
The private individual Nominee Director's Package consists of individual nominee director's services and general power of attorney authenticated by Apostille for one year.
Full Nominees' Package: US$ 900
The package consists of the corporate Nominee Director's Package (see above), a Nominee Shareholder services and general power of attorney authenticated by Apostille for one year.
ANNUAL RENEWAL FEES
Will be due from 2nd year of operations and thereafter.
Minimum from $ 500. This fee includes:
- Government fees (US$ 100)
- Registered Office and Registered Agent (US$ 400)
Seychelles IBC registration. Preparation and filing of all necessary paperwork to register the company, provision of initial Subscriber, obtaining of the original Certificate of Incorporation. The documents will include Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, Resolution for appointment of Director and allocation of shares, Share Certificate(s), transfer Forms.
